Finding a property
The first step is to contact us to register, providing brief details about yourself and about the accommodation you require. We will then search our database for suitable properties for you to view. We will keep your details so that we can contact you as suitable properties become available in the near future
Viewings
Viewings will be arranged at times to suit you, You will be accompanied by a member of staff, who can give advice and answer any questions you may have.
Reserving the property
Once you have decided on a property you will need to reserve it by emailing of your intentions and the terms which you are prepared to offer. Your offer will then be put to the landlord/freeholder for their consideration. Once their further instructions are received, we will advise you as to the next steps to be taken.
References
As a minimum we will require satisfactory references from your bank, accountant and three trade referees. We may also require a guarantor should the circumstances see fit.
Rents
Rents are normally quoted annually and are payable quarterly in advance. In some cases monthly in advance payments are agreed. The tenant is usually also responsible for Business rates, Water Rates, Gas, Electricity and Telephone costs. The landlord will normally insure the building and reclaim the premium from the tenant.
